Research-Based Electronic Interventions: Enhancing Well-Being and Functionality

Chris Colletti, our Wellness Practitioner, offers a range of digital and biofeedback-based interventions designed to support mental health, cognitive development, and behavioral regulation. These services are grounded in psychological science and tailored to each client’s unique needs.

Modalities Offered:

  1. Optimize Brain Performance with Our Integrated Services: We offer a comprehensive one-hour session that includes the following three services, designed to work together to enhance cognitive and emotional well-being:

  • Biofeedback: Learn self-regulation through heart rate biofeedback and paced breathing techniques. This method helps improve emotional control, focus, and stress management.

  • Interactive Metronome (IM): An evidence-based training tool that enhances brain timing and processing speed. IM supports improvements in: Attention & focus, memory & comprehension, speech/language, executive functioning, and motor & sensory coordination

  • PlayAttention: A computer-based attention training system that uses brainwave monitoring to provide real-time feedback in a game-like environment. It targets: Memory, auditory processing, social skills, cognitive flexibility.

2. LENS (Low Energy Neurofeedback System): Offered Separately

  • LENS is a standalone neurofeedback service that helps the brain break free from stuck patterns related to: Anxiety, depression, PTSD, and other neurological challenges.

Benefits of These Interventions:

  • Decrease: Anxiety, depression, impulsivity, distractibility, reactivity, ADHD, PTSD, aggressive, and antisocial behaviors.

  • Improve: Self-regulation, self-awareness, focus, organizational skills, balance, coordination, cause-and-effect thinking, empathy, social cue interpretation, self-esteem, and academic performance.

Session Details:

• Typical sessions last 45–60 minutes

• Initial assessments may take 1½ to 2 hours

• Caregiver reporting is essential for LENS therapy to guide treatment adjustments.
